IQ Cert provides certification services for management systems in accordance with international ISO standards. Our services include:

- Transfer of certification
- Extension of the scope of certification
3. The certification process
The certification process is carried out in accordance with our documented procedures and the requirements of the applicable standards. The certification decision is taken on the basis of the audit results and the objective evidence collected.
Certificates issued by IQ Cert are valid for 3 years, subject to the maintenance of conformity verified through annual surveillance audits.
4. Obligations of the client
Certified organisations are required to:
- Maintain conformity with the requirements of the applicable standard
- Give auditors access to relevant documents, records and sites
- Inform IQ Cert of significant changes to the management system
- Use the certificate and the certification mark in accordance with the established rules
- Pay the fees for certification services on time
5. Use of the certificate and the mark
The IQ Cert certificate and certification mark may be used only in accordance with the rules of use communicated to the certified organisation. Misleading use, or use that could damage the reputation of IQ Cert, is prohibited.
In the event of suspension or withdrawal of certification, the organisation must immediately cease using the certificate and the certification mark.
6. Confidentiality
IQ Cert treats all information obtained during the certification process as confidential. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior consent of the client, except where required by law.
7. Complaints and appeals
IQ Cert has procedures in place for handling complaints and appeals. Any complaint or appeal must be made in writing and will be reviewed in accordance with our documented procedures.
8. Limitation of liability
IQ Cert accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of IQ Cert and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
10. Changes to the terms
IQ Cert reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect on the date of publication.

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
